Screening and Compliance Disclosures
AudutMe is a consent-based trust record and screening workflow platform for agencies, primes, contractors, vendors, and reviewers. The website describes product capabilities, available workflow categories and service boundaries. It is not a procurement award, employment decision, credit decision, legal opinion, law-enforcement authorization, or guarantee of eligibility.
AudutMe is designed to support FCRA-aware workflows, including consent, permissible purpose review, evidence labeling, dispute routing, pre-adverse review, adverse-action documentation, retention controls, and audit trails. Customers remain responsible for deciding whether the Fair Credit Reporting Act, state law, procurement rules, employment laws, privacy laws, or agency-specific requirements apply to their use case.
AudutMe does not claim unrestricted access to police-only, FBI/CJIS-only, DHS-only, INTERPOL-only, sealed, restricted, or other protected records. Those checks must be routed through authorized agencies, lawful portals, applicant-provided documents, vetted screening partners, or other pathways permitted by law and written agreement.
Where a consumer report, financial background report, education verification, criminal history report, or investigative consumer report is required, customers should work with counsel and the appropriate authorized provider or consumer reporting agency. AudutMe may help organize workflow, consent, notices, status, evidence, and audit logs, but the legal role of each party must be defined in written terms.
Signed-in client reviewers may receive role-scoped finding summaries, evidence status, packet status, notices, disputes, and decision-boundary reminders. That client view is not unrestricted access to raw consumer reports, police-only records, FBI/CJIS records, sealed or restricted records, provider-confidential source data, or information outside the customer’s lawful purpose and agreement.
